INDICATION: Gynecologic neoplasm, leiomyoma, adenomyosis, adnexal mass, adnexal cyst, endometriosis, hydro- or hematosalpinx, tubo-ovarian abscess, congenital uterine anomaly, complication of pelvic surgery.
