Penis Imaging Protocol:
1. 3 Transverse images- Proximal, mid, distal phallus
2. Multiple Long images: Both the right and left corpora cavernosa, including the cavernosal artery.
3. Doppler and spectral analysis of the vessels that can be visualized (cavernosal arteries, dorsal arteries, deep dorsal vein)
**Equipment: Penile studies should be conducted with a real-time scanner, preferably using frequencies greater than 10 MHz with a linear array transducer. The highest possible Doppler frequen- cies (typically greater than 10 MHz) providing optimal resolution and flow detection should be used.
**Approach: Either ventral and/or dorsal depending on which provides the best visualization or the corporal bodies and urethra.
