Fasting for 4 hours
- Longitudinal pylorus without and with canal length measurement (normal less than 15 mm)
- Transverse (short axis) pylorus without and with single wall muscle thickness measurement (normal less than 3 mm)
- Transverse pylorus with double wall measurement (normal less than 10 mm)
- Position baby inclined, left side elevated position during/after feeding. Watch for food material to transit through pyloric channel. Image this (still and/or cine clip)
